 Everton have confirmed the signing of Manchester United's player Tom Cleverley.

Cleverley, who is now  25-year-old has agreed to a five-year-deal to play at  Goodison Park, for the next season effective of the end of his Manchester United contract on 1st July 2015

Tom Cleverley spent his last season on loan at Aston Villa but turned down the chance to stay there in favor of working under Roberto Martinez

Everton boss, Roberto Martinez worked with Cleverley when the pair were both at Wigan during the 2010-11 season

Aston Villa coach, Tim Sherwood had hoped to make the move for Clevery  permanent but the player didn't want to stay and made a decision to move for Everton instead.
