Caught stealing from a Supermarket and this is what they did to her

According to unconfirmed post by Zambezi Reporters, the woman was allegedly caught red handed stealing some goods from a super market. 

A white substance which could be flour, powder or something similar was poured over her head as punishment.

This incidence happened in Zambia
