Yanga beats Mbeya City 3 - 0, Tambwe hits Double

Hamisi Tambwe has continued his form after scoring two goals into the net while Yanga emerges the winer with a 3-0 win against Mbeya City at the National stadium during the Vodacom Premier League match.

Tambwe scored his first goal during the 1st half after receiving a superb pass from Simon Msuva who outrun the Mbeya City left-back Hassan Mwasapili then assisted a nice cross which found  Tambwe at the right position and scored.

The first period ended 1 - 0 with Yanga in front against Mbeya City who spent much of the first half they played with great attention amidst numerous instances of time delay.

On the second half Tambwe scored his second goal after receiving a nice cross and head the ball to defeat Mbeya City  goalkeeper Juma Kaseja.

Mbeya City were stricken following their newly signed defender during the transfer window from Coastal Union Tumba Sued who was shown a red card by the referee of the game Jeonesia Rukyaa after fauling Yanga striker Donald Ngoma.

Thaban Kamusoko
concluded the ceremony for his team by scoring the third goal and gave Yanga a 3-0 victory at its home stadium.

Two goals scored by Tambwe, makes the striker to become the top scorers with ten (10) goals followed by the Stand United striker Elius Maguli who has scored  nine (9) goals so far.
