Diamond Platnumz & Davido To Perform With Ne-Yo At MTV African Music Awards

MTV has revealed a new cast of artistes that will be performing at the 2015 MTV Africa Music Awards.

The American R&B star, Ne-Yo has been announced as a performer at the event, and Diamond Platnumz, Cassper Nyovest, Yemi Alade, Davido, and Bucie will also perform at the event.

The artistes announced are also competing for the awards, so they will be doing more than just performing, but they might  go home with Awards too.

Bucie and Yemi Alade are among the nominees for Best Female, while Davido and Diamond Platnumz are competing head and toe for the Best Male category.

Cassper Nyovest is up for more than one award, with the South African rapper being  nominated for the Song of the Year, Best New Act and Best Hip-Hop.

The MTV Africa Music Awards will be held on the 18th of July, 2015.
