The Reasons why Team AliKiba over shined Team Diamond Platnumz at KTMA2015

On Saturday 13th June 2015, all eyes was at the Kilimanjaro Tanzania Music Awards #TMA2015 as we were all curious to find out who will come out the winner and take home the KTMA.

Well, now we know... And all have left is complaining and lots of questions regarding the winners and why someone didn’t win instead someone else won.

But, that’s all stories... As usual we now people will never stop to complain... no matter what happens they will always do...

Back to the point... Why Team AliKiba over shined Team Diamond Platnumz at KTMA2015?

Here are the Reasons why Team Diamond didn’t perform well.

Diamond didn’t agree with the Nominations

It all started with the day the nominations were revealed... Daimond platnumz didn’t agree with the proposed nomination list as he though the list was not fair.

He claimed that the nominations didn’t consider the criteria’s as they left out the artists who performed well instead they picked the artists they were interested with.

He added that the KTMA organisers are favoring some artists due to personal interests.

I believe his words made a huge impact to the KTMA2015 that’s why he didn’t win much as compared to last year where he took home 7 awards

Diamond Platnumz did not encourage his fans to Vote for him

If you don’t ask for votes, then no one will vote for you... That’s what happened to Diamond Platnumz. While Alikiba was promoting and encouraging his fans to Vote for him his best competitor in the nominations didn’t do the same.

May be diamond expected that people will vote for him just because he is at the Top right now in Tanzanian music industry... But that’s not the winning factor... No promo no Vote...

The Enemies Support

As they say... "The enemy of my enemy is my friend..? That’s what happened...
You all know what’s going on between Wema Sepetu and Diamond Platnumz right..? Don’t mess with Madame...

Wema Sepetu, have a huge fan base, all most as Diamond Platnumz... and Wema decided to choose Team Kiba and encouraged all her Fans to vote for Alikiba. What did you expect...?

Trust me with a support from Madame, a win for Alikiba was a predicted one...

Alikiba also had the support from Jokate and Diva Loveness, and all these celebrities have a huge base of fans.

The Media support.

Well, even the media gave support to Alikiba instead of Diamond... Most of the blogs posted alikiba banners to encourage voters... Radios too supported King kiba...

The power of Social media

Facebook, twitter, instagram and whatsapp made a huge impact for Alikiba.. These social media was full of Alikiba promos as the messages were widely spread to encourage people to vote.
The big dogs from Instagrams such as @Usipojipangantakupanga, Seth de Jesus Giovanni Aka Bikira wa Kisukuma, @mrekebishatabia and others made promo for Kiba..

The question is why Team Diamond is complaining for Alikiba win..!! Didn’t he deserve to win or what?

The system is the person with the most votes becomes the winner and that’s how alikiba managed to get lots of votes more that his counter competitor Diamond Platnumz

As the matter of facts, from all the nominees who ever come out as the winner deserved it, as if you’re being nominated that means you’re the best and any one from the nominees can win.

So team Diamond Stop complaining while you guys’ didn’t provide much support to your artist.

Lesson we should learn from this;

You all know that this year we are going into the elections in October... This proves that people tend to complain while they didn’t step up to vote.

Go out there and register yourself so that you can vote for the candidate of your choice in the upcoming elections instead of complaining later on when someone else wins while you didn’t even vote.
