Is that Dr. Platnumz... !! Yes its him... As most of the media and blogs were trending with the rumors that Diamond Platnumz will be awarded a honorary doctorate by UDSM. But this news was refuted by the UDSM that its not true.. But as u know photoshop exists so they made it in Photoshop style and Dr.Diamond is now trending over the internet.
