10,800 Applicants all competing for 70 posts

The people on the picture above are not football fans waiting for a football match to start, but they are thousands of young and hungry unemployed graduates, their the  sons and daughters of this country "Tanzania" who are seeking for employment as they were summoned by the Immigration department at the National Stadium for a job interview.

They were too many to be accommodated in any of the facility instead the National Stadium  was the best choice.

Their first interview was an aptitude test, as you can see on the picture everyone has a pen and paper.

The shocking news is that the immigration summoned ten thousand and eight hundred  (10, 800) candidates to an interview post for "ASSISTANT INSPECTOR OF IMMAGRATION" " in order to compete for only seventy positions available.

I think the Government should be ready for this as its a time bomb, the rate on unemployment seems to be increasing each year as there is no opportunities out there.
